Accessibility statement

The Republic of Slovenia is committed to making the Pomoč po ujmi website (pomoc-po-ujmi.publishwall.com, Pomocpoujmi.si) accessible in line with the Slovenian Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications (ZDSMA), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Compliance level: partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA and the EN 301 549 standard. “Partially compliant” means that some content is not fully compliant due to the exceptions listed below, which mostly stem from content embedded from other official sources.

Non-accessible content

  • Embedded components from the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO) — radar, forecasts and warnings — are shown in iframes whose content we do not control. A text link to the original official source is provided beneath each component.
  • The weather radar animation is a data image; text forecasts and warnings, plus a link to the official ARSO radar, are provided as an alternative.
  • Documents and forms on linked government websites (gov.si, KGZS, PIS RS) are the responsibility of their respective owners.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 15 June 2026 based on a self-assessment. Accessibility was checked with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse and pa11y), an accessibility-tree review, real-pixel contrast checks and a manual keyboard test.

Accessibility tools

An accessibility toolbar (the “Access” button on the right edge) lets you enlarge text, enable high contrast, switch to a dark theme, use dyslexia-friendly text, underline links and reduce motion.
